I am a full stack developer and musician. I'm really enjoying my programming journey and learning new skills all the time. I love being able to solve coding puzzles and come up with usable solutions for people to use.
My coding journey started in January 2020 when I was looking for a new challenge. My brother who is a senior web developer suggested I learn Python. I was experimenting in my free time with it and managed to build a few simple programs to use. I was working as a successful musician, music teacher and I managed an agency, booking musicians to work on luxury cruise ships. When the pandemic happened my workstream went on hold, but I was blessed with free time and I plunged straight into coding.
After tinkering on my own through books and online resources I decided I wanted a more formal way to learn. I found a company called IT Career Switch and thought "perfect". Throughout the programme I have completed numerous courses and earned my Microsoft 70-480 qualification. I am looking forward to continuing my coding journey and gain full time employment in the field.
